Doctor Romeo demonstrated a level of respect and hospitality that we have not experienced in quite some time. He explained everything in detail, answered all of our questions, and showed genuine kindness and empathy throughout the visit.The staff also went above and beyond to obtain a scan that was not initially available. They persistently contacted the imaging center until they received the results so the doctor could review them.Throughout the entire process, everyone was professional, friendly, and patient. We truly appreciate the care and dedication shown by the doctor and his staff.

I have and will continue to recommend Dr Romeo to anyone who will listen to me. I do not give out recommendations easily. When I recommend someone I feel I am also attaching my reliability to the recommendation so I have to feel the Dr, staff and really whole office are up to high standards. The several times I have seen Dr Romeo leading up to my recent surgery have all been excellent visits. Dr Romeo is always personable professional and makes sure that he has addressed all my questions and concerns.

Carine and all the medical assistants in this ENT office are great. They usually have the answers to most questions and in the rare case they don't they go get the answer or someone that knows. I've never felt that any of the office staff were just giving an answer they weren't sure.

Dr. Romeo has been my son's E.N.T since he was a baby. So he has watched him grow up to be a youn man, and every visit with him has been so pleasant. Dr.Romeo is so good at explaining what is going on, the procedures coming up, but most of all he gives us a sence of calm. He makes everything feel not so scary, especially when your child needs surgeries at such a young age, like mine did. My son would love it when he made his bird noises when he looked in his ears, or frog sound from his throat.Even if he at the moment had ear and throat pain. He is very Dear to my Heart.

Dr. Romeo is one of the few physicians that speak to his patients like we are human. He is capable of understanding his audience and communicates accordingly. He takes his time to understand his patients' concerns, and explains all options to include the pros and cons of each.
