Dianna Romo was appointed Chief of Human Resources at Emanuel Medical Center and Doctors Hospital of Manteca in February 2025, after holding a variety of leadership positions at Emanuel Medical Center since 2011.
A proud Central Valley native, Dianna has built her career in human resources and healthcare operations with a focus on creating positive workplace cultures and supporting organizational growth. She brings extensive experience in HR strategy, employee engagement, and leadership development.
Dianna holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management, and a Master of Business Administration degree from California State University, Stanislaus.
