Jennifer Markovich
Jennifer Markovich, DNP, MBA, RN, NE-BC, CNE, is a healthcare executive and nursing leader with extensive experience overseeing clinical operations and quality improvement across acute care and perioperative services. As Chief Nursing Officer at Emanuel Medical Center, she leads approximately 500 nursing staff in a 192-bed facility, driving patient safety outcomes, improved patient flow, and strong financial performance.
Throughout her career with Tenet Health, Kaiser Permanente, and Adventist Health, she has led large-scale operational improvements, expanded surgical services, reduced labor costs, and strengthened workforce development through leadership programs and shared governance.
