Lipika Dutra
Lipika Dutra is a healthcare executive with experience leading strategy, growth, and operational transformation across hospital systems, physician networks, and ambulatory platforms.
Prior to joining Central Valley Doctors Health System, Lipika held strategy leadership roles with Tenet Healthcare and United Surgical Partners International (USPI). As a Bay Area native, she is passionate about improving access to high-quality healthcare and ensuring healthcare organizations remain responsive to the communities they serve.
She earned her Master of Business Administration from UC Davis and her Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Neuroscience from UC San Diego.
