The office staff is friendly and helpful with any questions or insurance related questions. The check in is very easy. I don't have to wait long and the doctor arrived quickly after my vitals were checked. I always look forward to seeing Dr. Brewer because he is patient, knowledgeable and easy to discuss my medical history with during my appointment.

There is a bottle of sanitizer on the counter. Dr. Brewer used it at least twice while I was there. The waiting room, exam room and bathroom were clean down to the baseboards.

While Dr. Brewer was a little late, it was because he was in surgery. If I was the patient receiving surgery, I would want him to focus on me, and as the patient waiting for my consult, I was happy to see he was taking care of the person in surgery, I was happy to wait. I have to say, when he came in to meet me, he showed no signs of stress, or being tired. His only focus was me. His front office staff was so pleasant and kind. Smiles were not only on their faces but heard in their voices. It was a great experience. Seems like it would be a great place to work.

I am very confident that I am in good hands. Dr. Brewer explained what he planned for my care, and it was exactly the way I had hoped it would be. I had done a lot of research not only on the procedure but on Dr. Brewer as well. I know what my procedure is, what needs to happen before and how things will be after my surgery. I'm not worried, anxious or scared. My questions have been answered, and I am ready to proceed.

I started having very bad chest pains so I went by ambulance to Doctors Hospital. I got to talk to Dr. Brewer for 2 minutes before I went to hospital. He seems very nice.
