When Dr Akary told me I-needed surgery I was surprised and really couldn't think of any questions. He told me to send them to portal when I thought of some and they would be answered within 2 business days. I submitted several. A Week or so later Debbie called and wanted to schedule my pre op. I told her I had not decided if I was going to do it and would not decide until someone answered my questions. About a week after that someone finally answered my first question and said if I had any other questions they would be answered at my appt after my pre op. I still had questions on the portal. So they scheduled me to meet with Phil. He finally answered my questions.
