I was 30 minutes early,and had pre registered. I only waited a few minutes after check In and was called into the back and started my appointment. Overall the appoinment was all that could be expected. Very well orangnized office setting.

The staff was very kind and helpful, especially when they heard me say how dry my mouth was and my husband said he left our water bottle in the car and the receptionist immediately offered me a bottle of water!

Basically I was weighed, had blood pressure taken. I had brakey procedure 1 year previously for prostate cancer.I had not had an appointment with urologist since then but had psa tests every 3 months which looked good. My treatment was with Kaiser whom I had been with for 20 years before changing to Alignment in January.PA advised me to make an appointment with urologist which I did. Appointment set for May 27.;
