We specialize in using targeted radiation to treat cancer. We employ advanced technologies like image-guided radiation therapy, stereotactic body radiation therapy, and high-dose rate brachytherapy. - Our Ruby E. Bergman Women’s Diagnostic Center offers the latest advancements in the detection of breast cancer, including:
- Mammography - 2D digital and 3D tomosynthesis, stereotactic breast biopsy, wire localization procedure
- Ultrasound – breast ultrasound, breast cyst aspiration and biopsy
- Bone Density (DEXA)
- PET/CT
- A breast navigator is also available to provide one-on-one support and assistance on appointments, treatments and other resources.

- We provide assistance beyond medical treatments to help patients, and their families cope with the challenges of cancer. These services aim to enhance the overall well-being of individuals by addressing emotional, social, and practical needs utilizing social workers and support groups.
- Support Groups
Thrive – Sandra Cantrell, Facilitator
- Peer-to-peer adult support group for all types of cancer
- Meets twice a month on Wednesdays from 3 – 4:30 pm at Emanuel Cancer Center. Virtual attendance is also available.
Monkey Business
- Support group for children and teens whose family is impacted by illness.
- Join us for fun activities and games, plus free pizza! It’s a safe place to share your feelings and make new friends. Facilitated by trained staff, the kids do activities by age group while their adult companions participate in their own support and education group.
- Meets two Mondays per month from 4:30 – 6 pm.
Wellness Support Group (Chair Yoga)
- For all touched by cancer, including family and caregivers. Walk-ins welcome! Join us for mindfulness training, breathing techniques and yoga.
- Meets Tuesdays at 10 am and Thursdays at 2:30 pm at Emanuel Cancer Center.
